With 11 years of experience founding, owning, and operating an independent insurance brokerage, and holding licenses in property and casualty, life, and health, I have launched Centermont Consulting to help employers across all 50 states do more for their people. My goal is simple: create solutions that lower costs for the company while freeing up resources so employers can offer stronger support, better pay, and greater care for their teams. In a challenging economy, I believe everyone wins when businesses are able to invest more meaningfully in the people who make them successful, building loyalty, appreciation, and shared success along the way. Outside of work, I am a husband of 10 years and a father of four young children, including triplets.

She is passionate about simplifying the benefits process and helping find solutions that create meaningful value for both employers and employees. With a relationship-first approach, Amber believes the best partnerships are built on trust, communication, and truly understanding each client’s needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and making the most of new experiences.
